Cranberry Horseradish Relish

Makes about 1 1/2 cups


  • 2 cups cranberries (about 8 oz)
  • 1/2 cup sugar>
  • 1/4 cup horseradish
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

Finely chop berries with sugar in processor. Transfer to bowl.  Stir in horseradish and lemon juice (remember to "stir in" after berries have been processed).

Cover; chill at least 1 day (can be made up to 5 days ahead).
